Mid-State Education District, also known as MSED, is a cooperative serving the school districts of Onamia,
Pierz, Royalton Swanville and Upsala.

We provide Special Education, Early Childhood, and Technology Support Services to these area
school districts with students and families in Morrison and Mille Lacs Counties.
