Medical Assistance (MA) is Minnesota's largest healthcare assistance program for people with low income. 

The TEFRA program provides medical assistance for disabled children who's family does not meet income requirements for MA.

A new program for families with yourng children who are not eligible for traditional home visiting models such a Head Start, ECFE, and Public Health.

State-wide initiative to provide early intervention services for children beginning at birth through 5 years of age.
